My Approach
My approach is relational and grounded in Transactional Analysis.
I'm interested not only in what is happening in your life now, but also in the patterns underneath it: how you have learned to cope, relate to others and understand yourself.
Many of these patterns developed for good reasons. Therapy gives us space to understand them without judgement, and to explore whether they are still serving you now.
The aim is to develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance and choice in how you live and relate. My style is collaborative and exploratory; I adapt the work to you rather than expecting you to fit a fixed model.
We all adapt ourselves in different ways , to families, relationships, workplaces, communities and expectations.
Sometimes those adaptations become so familiar that it can be difficult to know where other people's expectations end and our own needs, feelings and choices begin.
Questions of identity and belonging can become particularly present during periods of change, relationship difficulties, burnout or uncertainty.
Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe and North America has made me particularly attentive to experiences of belonging, difference and adaptation. I bring that sensitivity to my work with people from many different backgrounds and life experiences.

What working with me looks like
Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly or fortnightly depending on what works for you. We can meet in person in London or online — whichever feels most comfortable.
I aim to offer a space where you can bring the parts of your experience that are clear as well as those that are harder to explain.
You don't need to arrive knowing what is wrong, what you want to change, or where to begin.
We can start there together.
