Initial Consultation for 20 minutes: Free

Individual Therapy, weekly for 50 minutes: £75

Couple Therapy, weekly or fortnightly for 60 minutes: £95

Session Frequency
For relational therapy, sessions can be held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. We will discuss your preferences during the initial session and regularly review the arrangement to ensure it continues to meet your goals.

Sessions Format and Location

Online Therapy

Sessions through Zoom, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your home or private space. Online therapy is ideal for:

  • Clients with busy schedules

  • People who feel more comfortable in their own environment

  • Individuals who travel frequently

  • International clients (within permitted regions)

In-Person Sessions

My private practice is based in West London (W5, near Ealing Broadway). A Central London location will be opening in early 2026.
